Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Duskfire Networks. By accessing or using our services—including this website (Central Hub), game servers, forums, support/helpdesk, store, Discord community, accounts system, status page, leaderboard, and any other Duskfire Networks offerings—(collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms work together with our Network Rules and any game-specific or service-specific rules we publish. By using our game servers or community platforms, you also agree to comply with those rules as a condition of use. See the section below titled "Network Rules & EULA" for more detail.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Duskfire Networks. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Network Rules & End User License
Our Network Rules and any game-specific or service-specific rules we publish (such as server rules for Rust, SCP: Secret Laboratory, or other games) are incorporated into these Terms as a form of End User License Agreement ("EULA") for the relevant service.
By using our game servers, forums, support system, or any other Duskfire Networks service, you agree to comply with:
- Network Rules — /rules — global rules that apply across all Duskfire Networks services and community platforms
- Game-specific rules — e.g. Rust, SCP: Secret Laboratory — server rules and guidelines for each game, which apply in addition to the Network Rules when you use that game's servers
Violation of the Network Rules or applicable game-specific rules may result in enforcement action under these Terms (including warnings, suspension, or permanent ban). We may update the rules from time to time; continued use of the relevant service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services (such as the forums, helpdesk, store, or game server features that require identification), you may need to create an account via our Accounts Center by linking your Steam, Discord, or other supported platform accounts.
Account Responsibilities:
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Code of Conduct
To maintain a positive and welcoming environment, all users must adhere to our community guidelines and to our Network Rules (and any applicable game-specific rules) when using our servers, forums, Discord, or other community platforms:
Expected Behavior
- ✓Treat all players with respect
- ✓Follow our Network Rules and game-specific server rules
- ✓Report rule violations to staff
- ✓Communicate constructively
Prohibited Behavior
- ✗Harassment or hate speech
- ✗Cheating or exploiting bugs
- ✗Spam or advertising
- ✗Impersonating staff or players
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or ban:
Cheating & Exploits
Use of unauthorized third-party software, hacks, exploits, or any modifications that provide unfair advantages
Harassment & Abuse
Harassment, bullying, doxxing, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
Disruptive Behavior
Intentionally disrupting gameplay, griefing, team killing (except in designated PvP areas), or coordinated attacks on server infrastructure
Unauthorized Automation
Use of bots, macros, or automated systems to gain advantages or bypass game mechanics
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Duskfire Networks or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
By submitting content to our Services (including chat messages, builds, creations, or other materials), you grant Duskfire Networks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Services.
You retain ownership of your original content but must not submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Enforcement & Termination
We reserve the right to enforce these Terms at our sole discretion. Violations may result in:

First-time minor violations
Suspension
Temporary access removal
Permanent Ban
Serious or repeated violations
Disclaimers & Limitations
Service "As Is"
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskfire Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
Third-Party Content
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Duskfire Networks. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
