Trust & Safety
Our Trust & Safety team ensures a positive, fair, and welcoming environment across all servers. They enforce community guidelines, handle player reports, and maintain the integrity of our gaming community through proactive moderation and policy development.
Moderator I
Monitor player behavior, enforce community guidelines, handle player reports, and maintain a positive gaming environment across our servers.
Requirements
- Active player with good standing
- Understanding of server rules and policies
- Excellent judgment and decision-making
Administrator I
Lead moderation teams, handle escalated cases, review ban appeals, and develop policies to improve player safety and community standards.

- Prior moderation experience required

Infrastructure
The Infrastructure team builds and maintains the technical backbone of Duskfire Networks. From developing custom plugins to ensuring 99.9% server uptime, they work behind the scenes to deliver seamless gameplay experiences for thousands of players.
Plugin Developer I
Contribute to server plugins, automation tools, and web services. Work on bug fixes and feature implementations for game servers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript or C#
- Experience with Rust plugin development
- Experience with SCP: Secret Laboratory plugin development
- Basic understanding of game server architecture
- Git/GitHub experience
Player Operations
Player Operations focuses on building vibrant communities and fostering player engagement. This team organizes events, manages social media, coordinates with content creators, and creates memorable experiences that keep players coming back.
Community Relations Team
Engage with the community, organize events, and work directly with the community to create a better experience for everyone.
